FAIRY  TELLING

Pinocchio and tangram

Students work on the tale of Pinocchio and play with tangram to create animals from the tale.

They produce a video tutorial about the creation of animal models in the fairy tale of Pinocchio, built with the Tangram

STEPS

1. Presentation of the activity

2. Individual work. Research on Tangram (what it is, history and associated legends); research on the animals in Pinocchio fairy tale

3. Brainstormirng, construction of the tangram concept (Co.Co) and realization of the tangram on colored cards

4. Playful moment. Team game on the site http://www.math.it/giochi/tangram/tangram.htm

5. Realization of animal models with geometric shapes.

6. Preparation of posters

7. Creation of a video tutorial

8. Self-assessment questionnaire

Pinocchio e il tangram

​

Gli studenti lavorano sulla favola di Pinocchio e giocano con il tangram per creare animali dalla favola.

Producono un video tutorial sulla creazione di modelli animali nella fiaba di Pinocchio, costruita con il Tangram.

 

FASI

1. Presentazione dell’attività

2. Lavoro individuale. Ricerca sul Tangram (cos’è, storia e leggende associate); ricerca sugli animali presenti nella favola di Pinocchio

3. Brainstormirng, costruzione del concetto (Co.Co) di tangram  e realizzazione del tangram su cartoncini colorati

4. Momento ludico.  Gioco a squadre sul sito http://www.math.it/giochi/tangram/tangram.htmRealizzazione di modelli di animali con le forme geometriche.

5. Preparazione di cartelloni
